The Curriculum Collective began as an idea to disrupt the ease of prepackaged curriculums handed to teachers by corporate entities and for profit organizations in April 2023. Approximately one year later it became a call for participants, a prompt, a conference session, an emerging network, and a collective artwork. Below you will find the initial invitation that was sent to friends and friends of friends in an effort to create a community of curriculums and an inquiry into what curriculum is. The collection continues and grows with every new contributor and their take on curriculum — its ‘lived’ness, its ‘object’, its ‘value’. We are an emergent and growing network, all are welcome to join in harmony and in trouble.
